SR #1	General Commitments and Agreements	General agreements including those relating to the operation of the University or for the provision and acquisition of goods and services, leasing or licensing.
SR #2	Banking	Any documentation or authorization required by a bank, investment bank, brokerage or other financial institution.
SR #3	Long Term Borrowings & Related Transactions	Debentures and other evidence of indebtedness of the University.
SR #4	Investments	Documents authorizing investment and financial transactions carried out on behalf of the University of British Columbia, including the purchase, sale, or transfer of securities and related short-term financing activities.
SR #5	Donation Receipts	Official donation receipts for income tax purposes and gift acknowledgements where official donation receipts are not required.
SR #6	Staff Pension Plan	Documents authorizing administrative, investment, and financial transactions related to the operation and management of the University of British Columbia Staff Pension Plan
SR #7	Approved Lending Programs	Documents authorizing payments and loan agreements under the University of British Columbia’s employee and graduate lending and assistance programs, including housing and debt repayment initiatives.
SR #8	Student Aid	Contracts and agreements relating to student loans to students of the University.
SR #9	Planned Giving and Estate Administration	Contracts and agreements directly relating to the administration of estates and the implementation of life insurance policies, charitable remainder trusts, charitable gift annuities, charitable insured annuities, and immediate gifts of future interest in real estate.
SR #11	Research Contracts and Agreements	Contracts and agreements relating to the carrying out of research and contracts and agreements (other than leases) referred to in sections 27(2)(u) and 27(2)(v) of the University Act (British Columbia).
SR #12	UBC Library	Documents authorizing agreements for acquiring, managing, or funding content and services related to the UBC Library’s collections, including digitization and preservation initiatives.
SR #13	Societies, Subsidiaries, Joint Ventures & Other Incorporated Bodies	Matters relating to the University’s participating as a member or shareholder of a society, subsidiary, or other incorporated body.
SR #14	Employment	Matters in which UBC offers employment.
SR #15	Supply Management	Agreements for purchasing goods and services, issuing credit cards, disposing of surplus equipment, and authorizing certain contracts such as construction, intellectual property, and filming on campus.
SR #16	Student Housing and Hospitality Services	Agreements for SHCS purchasing goods for resale, providing accommodations and conference services, and handling urgent procurements.
SR #17	UBC Press	Agreements relating to publishing, translating, editing, distributing works by UBC Press.
SR #18	University Bookstore	Agreements for Bookstore purchase of goods or course materials for resale, dealership arrangements, and short-term retail space licensing.
SR #19	UBC Investment Management Inc. (UBCIM)	Investment-related agreements and transactions for the university’s pooled funds.
SR #20	Emergencies and Disasters	Specific emergency and disaster-related signing authority for UBC’s senior leadership.
SR #22	Chan Centre for the Performing Arts	Any commitment and agreement that is directly related to: (i) performances and events held at the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts, (ii) the operations necessary to prepare for and hold such performances and events, or (iii) the operations necessary to keep the technical infrastructure of the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts in good repair.
SR #23	Museum of Anthropology	Loan agreements that govern arrangements for loans of artwork or artifacts to the Museum of Anthropology or from the Museum of Anthropology to other institutions and communities.
SR #24	Student Mobility Agreements	Any commitment and agreement between the University and other institutions of learning that allow current University students to complete studies at those institutions for credit towards their University of British Columbia program.
SR #25	Student Placement Agreements	Any agreement without financial commitment entered into between UBC and an entity that provides training or learning experience to UBC students as part of their academic program, and that establishes practicum or placement training experiences for UBC students at such entity
SR #26	Clickthrough Agreements	Any electronic document that: (i) is an agreement for the use of software or for access or use of an online service, and may be referred to as an End User License Agreement, (ii) requires a prospective user to agree to certain terms and conditions, (iii) is non-negotiable, and (iv) requires a prospective user to digitally “click” on a button or checkbox or similar symbol in order to accept its terms and conditions.
